We can therefore offer our organic soybean oil and soybean expeller from our own production in Belgium from organic soybeans from within the EU or outside the EU.
From raw material to end product, we guarantee the quality through our own extensive analysis program carried out by European laboratories.
We have ample storage options for both raw materials and finished products, so that we can guarantee a strategic stock at all times and you as a customer can never run out of raw materials.
In Lichtervelde, 20 kilometers south of Bruges (Belgium), Soyl processes soybeans in a fully renovated and energy-conscious production site since 2006.
The vegetable bio oil is the result of the mechanical pressing of the organic soybeans, based on pressure and temperature, which is always closely monitored by our regular operators. The by-product, the expeller, is a protein-rich raw material that is used in the animal feed industry.
The high-performance production site, together with thorough analysis and control processes, ensures a finished product with a superior and stable quality.
Our modern and high-performance production unit can process all oilseeds into oil and expeller. The annual production capacity is 20.000 tons. If required by market conditions, we can easily scale up.
Production takes place as much as possible via green energy thanks to our more than 1.200 solar panels.
We also offer our facilities to process your organic soybeans (or other oilseeds) in a "toll manufacturing".
